Regarding her very first time playing her new Fandrich & Sons Model 165 (5'5") grand, ordered sight unseen:

"It plays beautifully...I will admit a goofy thing I did when I very first played it...I played a few low chords and the bass was so rich I actually looked underneath the piano. I think I was just saying to myself, "WHERE THE HELL DID THAT COME FROM?" That was pretty silly. What was I expecting to find? A subwoofer? I'm so fortunate to have found a wonderfully playable piano. Now if only I could do it justice.

"Our new piano [Model 126V] is a joy!!!! We play at least 2 hours a day between the two of us and it is now the biggest part of our lives! I can't tell you how happy we are with this beautiful instrument!! It has changed our lives!"

Regarding the Model 185:

"Thank you for allowing me to use your Fandrich & Sons piano on my latest Jazz Trio CD recording. Your piano has everything a classically trained artist would want: a quick and fluid action; beautiful, singing tone, yet powerfully bold when called upon. The action doesn't control me - I control it. It's heaby enough to respond but light enought that you can execute. It plays itself! You're getting the sweet part of each tone at all volume levels, like the piano is an extension of my brain. To this point it is one of the finest pianos I have ever played. Thanks for all your hard work!"

"The piano is sounding better than any other piano we've heard recently in its size range. My son recently played at a recital on a well maintained 7' Kawai, and I'd say the 6'1" Fandrich & Sons is at least its equal tone-wise."

"Fandrich & Sons continues its proven record of outstanding service to the northwest, both as the source of extraordinarily fine pianos as well as precision voicing, rebuilding, and refinishing, always promptly, and at extremely reasonable prices. Their patented Fandrich Vertical Action upright pianos are truly grand, and deserve a trip to their showroom in Stanwood to be heard. One of my adult students is the proud new owner of another of their offerings: a Bohemia Piano from the Czech Republic, an excellent value, with additional voicing by the Fandrichs routinely included. I highly recommend this valuable resource to anyone looking for an instrument, new or used, or seeking fine service for their own piano."
