  • The preparation and choice of the pianos we start with comes from our 60 years of experience servicing new pianos, designing and building our own upright piano action (FVA™) and rebuilding all types of pianos to include Steinway, Mason and Hamlin and high end pianos from all of the European manufacturers. We incorporate all of the procedures critical for an inspiring playing experience. These include voicing, tuning stabilization, proper pedal and damper adjustment/regulation, proper action regulation and creating a Touch To Die For using our Fandrich-Rhodes Weight Bench System™. The average total time we put into the preparation of our new grands is a minimum of 50 hours.
"Thank you so much for the incredible piano you graciously provided for our concert production of 'Anyone Can Whistle' . . . The show was a great success . . . the lucky person who played your piano, Scott Warrender, was delighted with the intrument and was raving about it. He is a widely respected musical theatre composer, whose works have been performed around the Seattle area and also off-Broadway. I thought you would like to know how pleased he was with your wonderful piano."
