"I would recommend these pianos to my students. It's nice to know that there are pianos that are so satisfying to play and yet have reasonable prices."

-- Kathryn Heafield
Seattle teacher and performing artist.

"I don't get tired playing these pianos. You don't have to pound to get the response, and the tone isn't tiring to the ears. Of course everyone has their own preference in terms of tone, but this is the only store I've been to where I like every piano even though they're not all the same. They all have such clarity of tone, even in the bass. How come all piano manufacturers don't do what you do?"

-- Bradley Sutton
Accomplished pianist and frequent store visitor.

"We feel very grateful to Fandrich & Sons and recommend them to anyone interested in a quality piano. We would be repeat customers if we were to buy more than one piano. But this one is so terrific, I think it will last in our family for at least a couple of generations."

-- Betty Lamont
Regarding her Fandrich & Sons Model 108 (43" upright).

"We bought one of your Fandrich & Sons Model 130 with the traditional action about 2 years ago, which has now gone away with my husband's sister. We want another piano for ourselves and I'm not even going to bother going to the other stores--I want to order another one of yours just like the other one."

-- Trisha Howell

"The Fandrich upright is nothing short of magnificent. My personal feelings are confirmed by two of my teachers: One, from Russia and classically trained, told me without a doubt it is the best touch of any upright piano she has ever played. The other, an excellent jazz player with 34 years experience, told me it had the best touch he had ever played also. He even joked that he'd pay me to come teach me on my piano if he could play for a few minutes after the lessons! I searched all the brands available today, and flew up to Darrell and Heather's studio in Stanwood, Washington for a test playing. I'm not a great player, but I was pretty serious about getting a quality instrument and wanted to check out what all the "Fandrich commotion" was about. Since ordering the piano, they have been to my house twice to check up on it and tune it for me. Imagine that! It was like having Steinway himself come to my home to make sure my piano met his expectations! Their attentiveness to their product has really been unparalleled, and I believe Darrell is a living technical genius. Nice people, too."
