"I have played many pianos over the past half century and consider myself an expert in judging the quality of the instrument, both the action and of course the sound. The Fandrich & Sons pianos I heard and played during our recent visit were beautiful instruments. One expected the grands of course to be able to produce a big, beautiful sound and they did indeed. But I was nearly knocked off my feet when I heard what the Fandrich & Sons upright pianos could do. In the past the only upright I ever heard which was halfway decent was the old Steinway upright. But it was nothing compared to your uprights. I wouldn't have ever believed that an upright could sound like a grand but as the saying goes... 'Seeing is believing' or in this case 'Hearing is believing'. This should prove a blessing to those who need the sound and performance of a grand but whose limitations of space make it impossible to own one. I add my congratulations to those of many others."

"Fandrich & Sons continues its proven record of outstanding service to the northwest, both as the source of extraordinarily fine pianos as well as precision voicing, rebuilding, and refinishing, always promptly, and at extremely reasonable prices. Their patented Fandrich Vertical Action upright pianos are truly grand, and deserve a trip to their showroom in Stanwood to be heard. One of my adult students is the proud new owner of another of their offerings: a Bohemia Piano from the Czech Republic, an excellent value, with additional voicing by the Fandrichs routinely included. I highly recommend this valuable resource to anyone looking for an instrument, new or used, or seeking fine service for their own piano."

"As a teacher, I couldn't ask for a better piano. It is very easy to make this piano express what you want. The action is light and easy, which for a beginner is wonderful, they can easily experience dynamic differences. A friend playing my piano for the first time couldn't believe how 'different' my piano was from his. He said, 'You can tell that there's nothing wasted. Playing it was like slicing butter.' He hadn't realized there was such a difference in pianos."

"The Fandrich upright, with its Grand Action, is really terrific. In time, I hope that all uprights will have the same action. The grands are an excellent value. I have recommended the Fandrich pianos to many of my students."

"I'm writing this message to thank you for taking the time to show me your excellent pianos. I've visited several piano stores in Seattle and the Eastside, and I've tried some of the finest instruments in the world, so it was a pleasant surprise to find pianos that I thought were at least their equal at a small family business nearby. Your marvelous upright [Model 126V] made the greatest impression of all, because I had thought it impossible to buy an upright without considering it some sort of unpleasant compromise. Your upright, on the other hand, was as responsive, if not more so, than other instruments I have tried and the tone was clear and refined. Coupled with the quality of your work my belief in dealing with local people who provide excellent service, and the result is my sincere hope that in the not too distant future you will be able to count me among your satisfied customers. Thanks again for showing me such musical pianos."
